Qualified nursing and caregivers are increasingly needed. In private households, nursing homes or day care facilities, people with well-founded qualifications are deployed. In order to be able to get an idea of the currently necessary qualifications and work situations in the care of the sick and elderly or in family support, basic knowledge of the work requirements in the respective areas is necessary. This measure aims to impart this basic knowledge for finding orientation for specific training in the areas of care, elderly care or family care. It forms a basis for decision-making for undecided participants who have no idea in which area of care they would like to work.
